Soudal - Quick-Step reveal lineups for Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Kuurne - Bruxelles - Kuurne

With the Spring almost upon us some of the most exciting racing of the year is quickly approaching. For Soudal - Quick-Step, some of their big, early season targets are Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Kuurne - Bruxelles - Kuurne with their lineups for said races now unveiled.
For the first of those, Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, on the 24th of February, Soudal - Quick-Step a strong seven-man team, led by former world champion, Julian Alaphilippe with support and other options coming from the likes of Kasper Asgreen, Josef Cerny, Yves Lampaert, Gianni Moscon, Casper Pedersen and finally, Warre Vangheluwe.

When it comes to the following day at Kuurne - Bruxelles - Kuurne however, there are a couple of changes for the team including an appearance for the exciting American wonderkid, Luke Lamperti who replaces Gianni Moscon. The other change being Martin Svrcek in for Warre Vangheluwe.
“We are excited about the upcoming weekend, at the start of which we’ll go with a strong squad and a lot of confidence and determination. Most of the guys did a good altitude training camp in Sierra Nevada and will now resume competition, and five of our guys will do both races," says Soudal Quick-Step sports director Wilfried Peeters in a press release. "We can’t say these races have any more secrets, it will be mostly about finding out where we are at this moment. For Omloop we have a couple of riders who could get a good result, while for Kuurne, if it comes down to a bunch sprint, we’ll be curious to see what Luke can do.”
