- “Guys, let us say that Remco does not feel in the right condition to take part. The team will soon come with a better explanation, but this way I can already save you a lot of questions about this rather complicated and… strange subject.”
Now his team are forced to invent excuses blatantly🤣🤣🤣
- Let me clear some things up. I'm also closely following developments in the professional cycling transfer market, the Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team is reportedly preparing a record-breaking offer for Seixas. According to my information, the rumored offer is worth a staggering €13 million, significantly more than the €8 million that is believed to be the base salary of the world's best cyclist, Tadej Pogačar, or the approximately €10 million he is thought to earn in total after bonuses for major victories and sponsorship income.
But we all have to take this information with a grain of salt, these are just rumores.
- "the richest teams will continue increasing their revenues" They dont have revenues, they have sugar daddies/billionaires/countries, Its not called revenue. A simple thing is a point cap instead of a salary cap based on the UCI points like the fantasy games. That prevents the best to gang up with the best. But allows for trades to reduce cap space. Those who go above cap space pay thru the nose to UCI. So Pogi is still paid the max but his teammates are not winning other races
- Comparing Pogi to Jonas???? Oh you poor souls, since 2024, Pogačar has shifted from an all-around talented aggressive rider to a finely tuned, Grand Tour-crushing machine. Several factors have defined his new era: Pogi transitioned to a new trainer Javier Sola, focusing heavily on long tempo threshold efforts, max oxygen uptake, heat training and highly targeted race-day nutrition rather than just base mileage and zone 2 training. Ad acta.
- the 2nd group mentality will come into picture. Sexias will work, Ayuso/Lipo will not, Remco will expect others to work for him, Del toro is a teammate.
- Also barely beating MVDP in a 27 km TT. Since when has MVDP been competitive with Pogacar in a longish TT?
- Hey, you surprised me!
Do you read articles about Tadej?
Since you don't follow the races he competes in.
... because they're boring...
LOL!
- You bet, that Iran was is a massive win indeed. And who can forget the swamp pool or the 250 failed fair. I bet he's tired of winning.
- So Pogi is 66 Remco is 63 and Jonas is 58
No wonder he cannot climb with the best if he cannot bring it down to 60. He relies in Aerodynamics which are worthless when climbing. As usual he blames the previous team for not guiding him properly for weight loss.
I think the team gave him leeway to do as he wants but this is the last time that he will get this much freedom. Its like 3 million for 1 race
- The first version of this story said Seixas was going to join Pidcock at Red Bull. Just LOL at this entire site.
