Enric Mas and Nairo Quintana will lead Movistar Team 2024 in Volta a Catalunya

Movistar Team has unveiled its very powerful '7' for the Volta a Catalunya 2024 that will mean that Enric Mas and Nairo Quintana will coincide for the first time as they will do again in theory in the Vuelta a España at the end of the season. As if that were not enough, Einer Rubio will also be part of the squad in Catalan lands;

Enric Mas made his debut in Tirreno Adriatico last week and, after some kilometers in his legs, he hopes to do well in the Spanish race - a big goal for the team. Nairo, meanwhile, returns after the Tour Colombia and Covid respectively, so we assume that his goal will be to get some kilometers in order to arrive as best as possible to the Giro.

Einer Rubio, who arrives in top form and could end up being the team leader if Mas is still not in tune as was the case in Italy. Iván García Cortina will also be more of the starting lineup, using the race to prepare for the cobbled classics. Iván Sosa, Javier Romo and Jorge Arcas complete the 7.
