Zonneveld is trying to make a name for himself attacking Pogacar like David Walsh of the Sunday Times attacked Pharmstrong all those years. Only difference really, at the end of all things Walsh was a damned fine investigative journalist.....13-02-2026 12:57

You may very well be right, sadly i think we'll miss a great opportunity for cycling because of money!02-02-2026 17:30

Lets be blunt, this is more more about how every other sport supports the MASSIVE contracts these TV companies hand out to football (soccer) around the world; cycling, rugby, Moto GP and everything else underpins football contract and we suffer. Unlike Italy, our government couldn't care less about it's people and proves it on a daily basis! Brian is spot on, 2027 Grand Depart, something that should bolster cycling in the UK and unless you are at the side of the road or pay for coverage you won't see a pedal turn. Monetising sport is probably good for sport's organisers and rights holders and the billionaire tv companies but it's terrible for us!!02-02-2026 12:21
