One week later we will read: "After much consideration I've decided to retire immediately...". ; )13:36

Well, maybe that's proof of the reason why SY left... remember he said he wanted to defend the Giro title and that it was an honor to go back to the race with the number one on his back....also mentioned that the calendar discussions were "exhausting"...he didn't feel valued enough, add the burn out... Done ✅ Just my opinion13-01-2026 20:13

He actually took a pay cut when transferred to Visma; he was the star at Jayco for years, he moved because a different team structure could improve his chances and they both got the benefits of the transaction. Money would have been more important if he was a rising talent, not an established one on his way out.11-01-2026 01:14

If Pogi wins the European championship as well then he will have to have a special maillot, half and half like papa Yates did at the Tour ... ; )03-10-2025 23:21

I guess Giro doesn't give that many points...Simon Y won the giro and one stage at the Tour and only went up two spots and even down 55 points from last year...24-09-2025 13:30
