Damiano Caruso finished the Giro d'Italia in second place. Both have talked of ambitions to fight for a place in the Top5, and will nevertheless be strong contenders for a Top10 despite the loss.
Stage four from Dunkerque to Calais will be another nervous day, and the team surely learnt it's lesson and will be trying to prevent a second mistake.
