Chris who? Anyway I sincerely hope Almeida wins. Not least after what he did for Yates last year. A Tour podium would also be nice although I suspect Lipowitz will have a say in the matter. Remco will do well to finish top 5 at the Tour.15-06-2025 03:47

The main data point was Remco. He really isn't future grand tour winner. Podium is more realistic. I love him as much as anyone but there are already other riders who can beat him over three weeks, and I don't mean Pog or Jonas. Separately, Bora need to wake up and make Lipowitz their leader. They already wasted his talent last year by insisting he ride as support.14-06-2025 06:44

Nice to see Jonas coming out of his shell, both during and after the race. Wonder what he said that made Tadej react 'Oh really?!'.08-06-2025 15:45

What really happened is that Del Toro and Carapaz both goofed by refusing to work together. They had spent so many days trying to neutralise each other that when the time came to join forces to bring back Yates, their feelings of racing enmity trumped clear thinking. Classic game theory scenario where the strongest cancel each other out and leave the spoils to someone else.01-06-2025 06:21
