Nice to see Jonas coming out of his shell, both during and after the race. Wonder what he said that made Tadej react 'Oh really?!'.08-06-2025 15:45

What really happened is that Del Toro and Carapaz both goofed by refusing to work together. They had spent so many days trying to neutralise each other that when the time came to join forces to bring back Yates, their feelings of racing enmity trumped clear thinking. Classic game theory scenario where the strongest cancel each other out and leave the spoils to someone else.01-06-2025 06:21

Merckx was lucky with timing. A bit like Federer before Nadal and Djokovic caught up. Tadej is racing at a time when all big teams scout talent very young and take development seriously. He is already the greatest.31-05-2025 08:06

He spends all year every year preparing for one race. That's dull.30-05-2025 18:15

Jonas V is a one-trick pony and dull with it. Pogacar beats him with less preparation and spends the rest of the reason winning races Jonas doesn't dare enter. One of these two will be remembered for years to come.30-05-2025 11:45

How long does Ayuso have left at UAE? That might open up a slot unless Del Toro takes it.28-05-2025 19:43

Almeida is like Landa. Dignified and brilliant and impossible not to admire.28-05-2025 13:36

Interesting to see whether del Toro eventually leapfrogs Ayuso in the UAE pecking order. Juan knows he needs to deliver this year or risk losing his ranking within the team.17-05-2025 04:46
