Roglic should gain a minute on Mas in the TT. Gall maybe won’t gain anything. So I agree it is just as much Roglic that Mas must worry about on the final two mountain stages. Either way I cheer. If Roglic wins it is a dream come true. If Mas wins it is highly deserved from a rider who has been nearly there many times.08:05

Yeah. This is his 10th GT and his first DNF in a GT. Relative to many riders he’s been lucky in avoiding illness. And lucky or skillful, or most likely a bit of both, to avoid race-ending crashes.01-09-2026 20:15

Hard to believe Nairo wouldn't be a better bet than whoever the worst/weakest rider that Movistar sends in his place. The guy's past his prime sure but he is not grupetto material like late stage Froome. And Movistar would have gotten great visibility and press coverage for the legend of the past doing his last Vuelta... Bad decision IMO20-08-2026 20:27

So much talk about Vingo packing it in early this year. I’d love to see him race more this year. But let’s not forget that the guy has raced more than 50 days this year , won a GT and two stage races and earned 12 wins total.
