Stage 2 of the Tour of Oman witnessed unbelievable scenes. In the desertic landscape of the Middle East, an absolute deluge fell down on the riders throughout the day; and forecast of similar situation forces race organizers to shorten stage 3.
Stage 3 of the Omani race has been confirmed to be only 76 kilometers long as organizers cut through a lot of the opening part of the day. The stage will now end in Naseem Garden but keep it's hilltop finish at Al Bustan. Finn Fisher-Black has won today's stage and UAE Team Emirates will already start the day in the leading position of the race.
