Alex Aranburu has not shone as expected over recent years in Movistar Team and according to the latest reports, his time at the team could soon be coming to an end.
This news comes from information of Daniel Benson at GCN, who gave a number of transfer updates this morning including the renewal of Aleksandr Vlasov and Jai Hindley by BORA - hansgrohe, the possible departure of Lenny Martinez to Bahrain - Victorious and a new adventure for Aranburu on French soil.
Which team is not yet known although it is of course narrowed to a team of French origin. Aranburu was once seen as a very exciting prospect for Movistar Team and whilst he's not fully clicked in that regard, perhaps a change of scenery could unlock that form.
