i think Pog could still win if the bike was not more than 1 to 1 1/2 pounds heavier and he could use 28mm tires03-11-2025 17:28

Pog is human it turns out--- he had knee pain! Hope it's not a recurring issue. Have to disagree w Chris on one thing--even if Vin won the TdF, Pog would still be, by far, the greatest current rider w his run of one day race wins & podiums this year, along w the Dauphine, etc.16-10-2025 00:56

I don't agree with Pineau-- ~95% of riders were doping back then, so Riis had to dope to compete on same level; same with Armstrong. Admitting he doped does not make him arrogant, it does make him an honest man.17-08-2025 22:55

Remco is physically built to be a time trialist & one day racer primarily. His incredible leg mass (#genetics) enables him to put out enormous power for his size but will always be a hindrance for climbing in the high mountains compared to Pog & Vin. If he can stop crashing he will go down as one of the greatest time trialists.22-06-2025 17:57

actually his comments are spot on -- Vin barely races it seems- i know he's had injuries but .. it goes beyond that...16-06-2025 18:00

Jonas is a great rider but only rides stage races so i would have to say he & Mads are about equal now. Stage racing in general is overvalued i think... (vs the power required to win one day races)13-05-2025 20:59
