Zwift to sponsor women's Paris-Roubaix

The deal between Zwift and the newly-founded women's Paris-Roubaix will be four years long at least. This marks another big sponsorship by the online multiplayer cycling platform.

Zwift is the platform where the UCI Cycling Esports World Championship take place, and besides an heavy marketing campaign, they also have sponsored the L39ion of Los Angeles and are also a title sponsor of this year's first edition of the women's Tour de France.

Last season the first Paris-Roubaix Femmes took place, with it's 116 kilometers and wet cobbles it delivered one of the most dangerous yet exciting races of the season, with Lizzie Deignan emerging the winner after an incredible performance where she attacked before the first cobbled sector and rode the majority of the race on her own. This year's race is set to take place in the 16th of April.
