Zoe Backstedt was the main name in the women's Junior World Championships time-trial event, and the British supertalent confirmed her status as the woman to beat as she rode to a dominant and uncontested win in Wollongong.
The Briton was the last rider to roll into the finish, and she took the win with a whole 1:36 minutes on the second placed rider. To put into context, over the 14 kilometers the 2nd and 26th placed were separated by the same difference.
