Video: Team SD Worx soigneur gets hit by misfortunate flying bidon

The national championships in Belgium yesterday saw some exciting action unfold, however it was not only the battles on the road that grabbed the fans' attention, as a video circulated on social media. During the women's race, one of Team SD Worx's soigneurs was recording a video which showed one of the team's riders trying to grab a roadside bidon, but when the transaction didn't work perfectly the staff member was instead bombarded with the flying bottle - and bar!

The race was won by Kim de Baat who won the sprint from an escapee group at the end of the race. As for the men's race it was also won in a sprint, but one which did not see a small group succeed, as Tim Merlier took another Belgian title.
