  why are we owed any communication? they can release what they want. Riis is a great cyclist, but he is owed nothing in this regard. none of us are. everyone says “they need their space”. the entire incident was caused by an overly intrusive fan. then, Riis wants to be overly intrusive with his demands. strange contradiction.

  JV is doing the Giro because it’s the third GT to add to his palmares. If he doesn’t, he’ll turn into another Roglic. Fail at the TDF and therefore win the Vuelta as a consolation.

  In hindsight, it is true. Tadej suffered knee pain unbeknownst to Visma though.
