UPDATE: First look into Tadej Pogacar's new World Champion's rainbow jersey

UAE Team Emirates have not yet publically revealed the new rainbow jersey of the World Champion Tadej Pogacar, but on the eve of his racing debut as the rainbow jersey we already have access to pictures of the new equipment.

Last Sunday in Zurich the leader of the Slovenian national team put in a stunning performance and won with an attack that took place 100 kilometers away from the finish line. After distancing his main rivals he joined an attacking group, and with 51 kilometers to go went off the front by himself after dropping UAE teammate Pavel Sivakov. It was a display of power that no other rider could replicate and it earned him his first rainbow jersey.

Ever since, he's travelled back to Monaco where he lives, in order to recover from his massive effort and begin to focus on Il Lombardia, his final goal of the season. Beforehand, he will race Tre Valli Varesine but this Saturday mainly, he will race the Giro dell'Emilia against the likes of Primoz Roglic and Remco Evenepoel amongst many others.

He will do so in his new rainbow jersey and we get to take a first look at it in pictures shared by Pissei, the team's equipment supplier.
