Tadej Pogacar's 2020 Tour de France winning bike up for auction

Tadej Pogacar has taken his first Tour de France win in 2020 where he revealed himself as a top Grand Tour contender, and the bike he has ridden to victory in Paris is up for auction.

The Slovenian has announced in his social media that his Colnago V3Rs is up for a silent auction to support PlumeStrong's initiatives, and partner Street Child. The money raised in the auction will be given to "local organizations to ensure every child has access to an education" according to the auction organizers.

Pogacar has in the meantime won the 2021 Tour aswell, but failed to arrive to Paris in first place in the 2022 season, as he found a strong competitor in Jonas Vingegaard, who put on a dashing attack on stage 11 that put the Slovenian on the backhand, a lead which he never again managed to recover despite the many attempts to dislodge the Dane.
