Video | Tour of Turkey peloton evade extremely dangerous road furniture

Caleb Ewan won the sixth stage of the Tour of Turkey, however it was not before overcoming a very dangerous situation in the peloton. It came as a shocking situation, specially taking into consideration the recent efforts done to prioritize safety in the peloton.

With less than 15 kilometers to go as the peloton was heading to Eceabat, it came across an unexpected situation. With little warning, the peloton rode straight into an area full of small road bollards, and was shortly split into two as a big part of the peloton headed to the wrong side of the road. There was no clear signage preventing the peloton from riding into it, however luckily it didn't have consequences in the peloton.
