Only the richest teams could afford the best doping doctors. It is very dangerous.

One year ago, Jonas suffered a life-threatening injury that only a decade ago would have been a career-ending injury. Then a concussion this year. He talked about it ! People can die from such injuries - weeks after a concussion due to a slow-growing hematoma. He was only 14 seconds back on Tadej Pogacar after 4500m of climbing ! You critics are nitwits about medicine. You could just get by on macho bravado, and luck that your career wasn't ended by injury. Look at the crash scene footage of a year ago, and tell me you would have recovered from slamming into a 2 ft. square box/ditch of concrete. at 30kph. I don't think any of you would have. Further what did Armstrong do ? He targeted the TDF exclusively and he wasn't even recovering from injury. He made plenty of money for himself especially .- and his team.

Bjarne, think about 1999, Stage 2 Tour de Suisse. You retired in 2000 because of injuries to your knee and elbow. Nothing compared to Jonas's injuris from one year ago. Further, I do not want to hear from an admitted drug cheater. Especially when he is sniping a true champion and hero. Go away Bjarne. One year ago, Jonas suffered a life-threatening injury that only a decade ago would have been a career-ending injury. He did not quit. Then a concussion this year. He talked about it ! People can die from such injuries - weeks after a concussion due to a slow-growing hematoma. People don't die from knee and elbow injuries. He was only 14 seconds back on Tadej Pogacar after 4500m of climbing ! Is your ego so fragile that you need to paint this as some kind of shame to Denmark ? or cycling ? For all his gentle demeanor, I know who is the real man here. It is Jonas.

Remco will bolt this weak supported GT team when his contract is up! Red Bull or Ineos will back him up with a much stronger team than Soudal.

Doesn't get any steeper and longer than what he had in todays stage!

Saying Tadeg was sweat soaked and put in a hard effort ... what was that journalist watching? Jonas was the sweat soaked rider huffing and puffing coming across the finish llne ! Tadeg just breezed in the last 1km and probaly wasn't 100% before that!

Chris who? Anyway I sincerely hope Almeida wins. Not least after what he did for Yates last year. A Tour podium would also be nice although I suspect Lipowitz will have a say in the matter. Remco will do well to finish top 5 at the Tour.
