Video: Nairo Quintana's road safety tips that we should all follow

Nairo Quintana has posted a video on his Instagram account in which he tries to sensitize cyclists so that they take into consideration a series of security measures every time they go out on the road to ride their bikes.

The Colombian, one of the runners with the most followers on social networks in the world despite not having a team at the moment, wanted to raise awareness among his Colombian compatriots so that they take a series of precautionary measures that today we wanted to share with all of you.

Nairomán focuses on 3 details that all cyclists should take into account:

1. How to ride in a group

"Your friend Nairo Quintana wants to give you some road safety tips. Please, if we are going to ride in a group, let it be with a maximum of two and if possible outside the white line, outside where the cars are traveling, always very edged".

2. Visibility

"Another piece of advice that can be very important in this road safety campaign is the use of visible garments, that these garments may have reflective ones in case there is low visibility."

3. Traffic signs
