For the second time in the team's history
Uno-X Mobility will be at the startline of the
Tour de France later this month. As they look to secure their first ever Grand Tour stage win, many hopes will rest on the vastly experienced
Magnus Cort Nielsen.
After the
team's official lineup for 2024 Tour de France was announced on Monday morning, the nine time Grand Tour stage winner took to his official Instagram to post a hilarious reaction to the fact he had been selected for what will be his first Grand Tour for Uno-X Mobility and the 12th three week stage race of his lengthy career.
"Hello guys! I just wanted to come out and say I'm going to the Tour de France," the wonderfully moustachioed 31-year-old smiles after being unzipped from within a Uno-X Mobility bag. "You might be wondering what I'm doing inside my suitcase. Well as you all know, the hotels in France are not always the best, so I thought I would just see if I could stay in the suitcase some days if it is a really rough hotel. See you all at the Tour!"
It didn't take long for the reactions to come for Cort Nielsen's video. Wout van Aert responded with a crying laughing emoji, Tour de Tietema commented "A beginning of a video no one expected. Good luck in the Tour!", whilst the official Uno-X Mobility Instagram account replied with "Can we get a #RoomsAndRatings of this one?"
