Tom Dumoulin to publish biography next year

It's been less than a year since Tom Dumoulin called his professional career quits, but the winner of the Giro d'Italia 2017 does not rest. For example, the ex-rider is currently (together with writer and sports journalist Nando Boers) working on a book about his career. Tom Dumoulin. The autobiography will be published in June 2024.

For the book, Dumoulin travels with Boers to various places in Europe that were important in his cycling life. From there he talks about his life, his career and his future. “I think it is very special to start writing the story of my career together with Nando,” says Dumoulin in a press release. “To relive the adventures, to reveal the backgrounds behind the successes and the disappointments, to bring back the memories and be able to share them.”

Since this spring, Dumoulin can also be seen and heard as a cycling analyst at NOS. Nando Boers regularly writes articles for the literary cycling magazine De Muur. He also published several cycling books, including It's Race! (2009) and In the Tour (2011).
