Kid has a great attitude and character. Confidence (not cockiness) coming into the race and acceptance when things go sideways. Looking forward to seeing him progress and be #1 in the near future.21:23

I think ASO tired to call this out by saying fans are “warned”, which really doesn’t mean much. But agree, I don’t get the flares. I guess that saying “you can’t fix stupid” holds true here.09-05-2026 18:10

I'll just leave this here for you: Louis Vervaeke "We lost 50 seconds in five kilometres..... It’s the same as usual. As soon as they go on air, the motorbikes are there and sometimes, for me, that changes the race." Paret-Peintre “If the organization wants Tadej Pogacar to win, that’s their choice. We have said it several times, but that’s life.”07-05-2026 23:49

I say.... Let him take a shot at TdF -- even if he falters over the next couple of stages @ Itzulia, which I don't think he will. If his performance only ends up being average at TdF, then it's okay. If he does great, then great! Sports world has changed... just like American football, rookie QBs are starting/playing in their first year... whereas years ago, they had to "learn" behind the starting QB.07-04-2026 20:18

The crash helped Pogi in some ways, because it also forced MdVP and WVA to exert extra energy (their power reserves that they would have used on the Cipressa and Poggio) to get back the peloton. But Pogi just had a little more in the tank even with the crash. Congrats to Pogi (and Pidcock). Looking forward to Pogi @ Paris-Roubiax!21-03-2026 21:03

He doesn’t like snow but if my memory is correct, the Giro has had snow in the past editions…. I guess this is a preview of what we can expect of Jonas’ mindset (and complaints) at the Giro.14-03-2026 21:22

yep, not a good way to put pressure on a rider. I do hope the kid succeeds and climbs to the top in his career. But, as with any prediction, hindsight is always 20-20 and we'll see how well Madiot's over-the-top claim ages.03-03-2026 04:10
