With the Tour de France looming large this summer, Primoz Roglic is currently honing his form at Paris-Nice, with the Slovenian rider additionally set to be riding Itzulia Basque Country and the Critérium du Dauphiné ahead of his big objective at the Tour later this year.
However, Roglic has reportedly also added La Flèche Wallonne and Liège-Bastogne-Liège to his schedule for the Spring, with altitude training camps planned on either side of his Ardennes campaign for the BORA - hansgrohe rider.
The 34-year-old is a previous winner of La Doyenne, having won the 2020 edition of the race, where he famously pipped Julian Alaphilippe on the line after the Frenchman celebrated too early.
He has also stood on the podium of La Flèche Wallonne in the past, finishing second behind Alaphilippe in 2021, after he was unable to come around the three-time winner on the steep slopes of the Mur de Huy.
