On the 14th of April is the final chapter of a sequence of hilly one-day races in France. It is a final showdown, the
Tour du Doubs is a similar race to those that have happened previously but it provides another opportunity for climbers and puncheurs to steal the show. We
preview the race.
This is the longest of the races, with 200 kilometers in length, which features some climbing all the way from start to finish. None of them overly difficult, and so the climbers are not alone in the battle for victory. All should come down to the final climb in Pontarlier - Le Larmont which is 6.4 kilometers at 5.4%.
