The second stage of the
Tour de Pologne will be another for the
sprinters, however a more simple day indicated for a regular bunch sprint which
shouldn’t see too many difficulties and will see the fastest men have no issue
to battle between each other.
It should be a calm day in the peloton, without too many difficulties for the riders to face, in the way for another bunch sprint.
Stage 2: Chelm - Zamosc, 203Km
It will be another long day, as is traditional in the Polish race, with
over 200 kilometers on the road. The finale will be in Zamosc which will see
the fast men come to the front.
The final circuit will be ridden twice, giving the riders the opportunity to go through the finish and take notes. There will be no gradients to take note, and no major technical features. A small roundabout with around 500 meters to go will make for a small fight for positioning, however it should be a standard bunch sprint.
