Matej Mohoric leads a Bahrain Victorious team in search of glory at Gent-Wevelgem

Bahrain-Victorious have unveiled their team set to battle it out for Gent-Wevelgem success with Slovenian, Matej Mohoric to lead the charge.
The 28-year-old Mohoric has had a solid Classic season so far, with top 10 finishes at each of Kuurne - Bruxelles - Kuurne, Strade Bianche, Milano-Sanremo and the E3 Saxo Classic but as he says himself he wants wins.

Alongside Mohoric will be Kamil Gradek, Jonathan Milan, Nicolas Arndt, Andrea Pasqualon, Filip Maciejuk and Fred Wright.
“In Gent, again, we have a solid line-up with Matej and Jonathan Milan, maybe to contest the sprint, which can happen depending on the weather conditions. Therefore we will have options with Jonathan if a big bunch comes in together, and if not, we will have Matej and Fred to fight for the podium," says Sports Director Enrico Poitschke to Bahrain-Victorious's official website.

I certainly don’t agree with everything they say or portray but I do understand they have to provoke to make their hitherto business model sustainable. - All very sad. But you seem to be backing the journalists in generally demonising Tadej and canonising Jonas. This article is interesting though, and suggests Jonas is making very good financial decisions, acquiring luxury homes that he and his family are enjoying living in, and staying near family (also now in luxury homes) who can help with the kids. Sounds like a great lifestyle, and not a basis for critising Pog's decisions.Hills3311-01-2026
