That will be the German's first big goal of the season, and after some rest the climber duo will move on to the Tour de France to play a support role for Roglic. "Everyone is super motivated to make the dream of winning the Tour de France come true. The entire team is behind him, the riders who are there also want to be in top form," he says.
BORA - hansgrohe will go all-in in this difficult but achievable goal; the likes of Jai Hindley, Aleksandr Vlasov and Danny van Poppel will also be among the luxurious supporting crew for the Slovenian. "I see a lot of dedication from him. Of course I can learn things from him, even if they are sometimes small things. Small tips, or for example his mentality and how he behaves."
"You pick up something from that. He is a world-class rider and has been for a very long time," Kämna says of his new teammate, who he has not yet raced with - and will likely not until France, where the team will have new colours as Red Bull will step in as a title sponsor.
"With such a rider around you, you can learn something every day. It will be good to do the Tour together. It will be a cool team to be part of, I would love to be a part of it."
