Jumbo-Visma officially back on Twitter after a hacker attack

After a short period, Jumbo-Visma can again use its own Twitter account. The Dutch WorldTeam was unable to use @JumboVismaRoad for a week due to a hacker's attack.

The hacker who had taken over the account immediately made a few posts about crypto. The hack was noticed fairly quickly, but it still took a few days before Jumbo-Visma re-gained full control of itself again. During that period, the team used the Twitter account of its development team.

The team that is currently leading team's UCI Ranking has more than 275,000 followers on Twitter. This cannot top their account on Instagram. There they have no less than 569,000 followers.

Recently, Primož Roglič also had his Twitter account temporarily stolen by anonymous hacker, but has already solved this issue as well.
