"I'm not feeling great after the crash" - Matej Mohoric continues to be uncertainty for Paris-Roubaix

Matej Mohoric suffered a crash during the Tour of Flanders late in the day, requiring stitches to the elbow so as to begin to heal the wound. He remains uncertain to race Paris-Roubaix.

"I'm not feeling great after the crash, but luckily the sun is shining," Mohoric wrote in a recent post. The Bahrain - Victorious rider has finished fifth in the past in the 'Hell of the North', and he is Bahrain - Victorious' big hope to perform in the French monument as he is a tremendous rouleur and lover of the long races.

This week is all about recovery as Mohoric looks to take to the start this Sunday in Compiègne. Ideally, the Slovenian will also take part in the Ardennes classics, all three, in search of more success in the classics before taking some rest, racing Unbound Gravel in the USA in his rainbow jersey, and then preparing for the Tour de France and Olympic Games in July.
