Mauro Gianetti of UAE Team Emirates had a camera trained on him as his rider Brandon McNulty claimed victory on stage 15 of the Giro d'Italia. After the stage he was interviewed by his Eurosport teammates and he showed his joy:
"He is a great talent and today he has shown it, he has come to the Giro without thinking about qualifying, he has come to help Joao Almeida and to try to win a stage. He had been close to getting in the good break a couple of times, but without luck. Today, when it was about having strength, he did it, he was intelligent and he managed his energies well to win."
"He has all the characteristics to be a racer in stage races and grand tours, he has a strong structure and impressive legs. He's strong uphill, he's very strong in time trials, he's discreetly fast, he has the characteristics, but the recovery and creating the winning mentality. He's next to Almeida and Pogacar and he's probably maturing a bit slower, but he's got it all."
