Geraint Thomas joins Cardiff Rugby training session and shares "insight and examples of resilience"

Such cross-discipline meetings with an exchange of experiences are becoming increasingly popular. It is well known that the Jumbo-Visma team teamed up with a swimming coach some time ago, but the two darts pros Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price, who both have their roots in rugby, were also involved in training with a rugby team some time ago and exchanged experiences.
