Future INEOS rider Joshua Tarling conquers Junior's World title in the time-trial

The Junior World Championships have seen it's second event of today in the men's individual time-trial, where future INEOS Grenadiers rider Joshua Tarling has confirmed his main favourite status to take the win.

On the 28.8-kilometer route, the Briton has gotten the nation it's second gold medal of the day, by riding the two laps of the circuit 19 seconds faster than Hamish McKenzie and 33 seconds faster than Emil Herzog who rode into the secondary medals on the day.
