The signs were not good for Eli Iserbyt after he crashed at Val di Sole, but just over a week after the Pauwels Sauzen - Bingoal rider is set to resume competition. He will be present at today's Superprestige round at Heusden-Zolder, alongside the likes of Mathieu van der Poel, Wout van Aert and Tom Pidcock.
The Belgian crashed in the snowy race and was forced to abandon with a possible leg injury. He skipped the Gavere World Cup, officially leaving the battle for the win, but has not given up on the other cups. Today he will be back to racing in a suiting track. Fem van Empel, who crashed on the same day, is yet to resume racing.
