Ceylin Del Carmen Alvarado wins Superprestige Heusden-Zolder

Ceylin Del Carmen Alvarado has won the Superprestige Heusden-Zolder. She beat Inge van der Heijden to secure her third victory of the season.

Silvia Persico started with a nice lead, but it didn’t take Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado long to take the lead. She made a small mistake, and Denise Betsema got the lead, but Alvarado soon made a comeback.

Inge van der Heijden was proving to be a tough competition for Alvarado. She managed to drop everyone except van der Heijden. Lucinda Brand also joined the duo for some time before dropping back into the group.

Alvarado was able to create a small lead in the last lap. She crossed the finish line and celebrated her third victory of the season. Inge van der Heijden satisfied herself with silver. Lucinda Brand finished third.
