As the breakaway looked to put time into the peloton early on at the Giro d'Italia on stage 16, they were halted in the quest by a roundabout.
With the likes of Ben Healy, Jack Haig, Aurélien Paret-Peintre, Jonathan Milan and Diego Ulissi all part of the leading group, a simple roundabout caused utter confusion with unsure whether to go straight on and stay on the same road, or as intended, switch back and take the first left.
