The
TotalEnergies rider is currently racing above the level he's shown for the first half of the season, having contested all three sprints and currently sitting seventh in the points classification. With the Alps ahead he will have to wait until stage 13 to have an opportunity to fight for a stage win, however some of the fast men are likely to struggle harshly through the coming days.
