VIDEO: Mud and fog causing chaos at finish line of stage 9 at the Vuelta a Espana

Stage 9 has already had a dramatic start with high winds causing havoc and echelons forming but seemingly, at the finale of the stage it could be mud that proves the most challenging.

Set to finish atop the mythical Alto Caravaca da la Cruz, fireworks and drama have long been expected of this day with the Red Jersey potentially coming into play. Conditions at the finish line do not look good however, see for yourself in the video down below!
