We have taken a look at how many points team scored over the 2024 national championships and these numbers are visible in the most recent UCI Rankings update. UAE Team Emirates remain in an unmatchable lead with almost 20.000 points, whilst only three more teams have barely crossed the 10.000 points barrier in the 2024 season.
This last update includes the national championships results of the past week only. You can check the previous update. Some teams had points scored from nationals taking place earlier in the year but overall it was EF Education-EasyPost who scored the most, but the American team didn't manage to climb up from it's 12th spot in the rankings. UAE Team Emirates remains in the lead, followed by INEOS Grenadiers, Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale and Lidl-Trek.
Few moves in the ranks this week with Movistar being the best placed improvement in the standings, climbing from 15th to 14th. Uno-X Mobility, with their results mainly in the Norwegian events, scored over 400 points and flew from 19th to 17th and is now ahead of several World Tour outfits: Intermarché-Wanty, Team DSM-FirmenichPostNL (who lost 2 positions), Cofidis and lastly Astana Qazaqstan Team who remain in last place.
