Spectator who caused Tour de France mass crash identified

The Tour de France has unfortunately had plenty mass crashes marking it so far, despite the lack of sprints the Alpine stages have been no exception. A fan seemed to have caused the big fall on stage 15 and he has now been identified.
According to Le Parisien it is a resident of Annecy which is in the region where yesterday's stage has passed, although he has been identified it is unclear whether there will be charges or consequences towards him at this moment - the answer will likely depend on whether Jumbo-Visma and Sepp Kuss want to file a complaint.
The American rider of Jumbo-Visma reportedly hit something hanging from the side of the road from the fan, losing control of his bike and crashing. Teammate Nathan van Hooydonck was affected too. The crash in the head of the peloton saw also the likes of Egan Bernal and Biniam Girmay hit the deck however luckily without serious consequences. Having happened in the head of the peloton it led to chaotic scenes.
