From June 12th to 16th, the peloton will take on the Tour of Slovenia. Over recent years, this race has surged in popularity due to emerging talents from the country. It also serves as a crucial preparation race for several riders ahead of the Tour de France. Let's now preview stage 3 of the race.
Stage 3 ends in Nova Gorica after 160 kilometers and is another open day of racing. It features a few small climbs, but these ones are harder and can involve the GC contenders. This can open up the fight for the overall classification, the day before the queen stage.
