No GC times to be taken at Gran Camino time-trial due to brutal wind conditions

Very strong winds are present today in Galicia, and that has forced race organizers to do something that they did not hope for: The GC times will not be taken, which means most riders will likely take the day easy and not race for a result.

The overall classification will hence not be affected, which sees the GC riders enter the three hilly stages on the same time - benefitting some. Today's effort will still provide riders with a chance of taking a stage win, but times will not be taken into account for the overall classification.
