Kaden Groves both showed great legs and on stage 5 they could thrive once again due to the overall difficulty of the day.
"It's something for the sprinters who can climb a climb. It could be for the breakaway, but I expect a sprint," Jayco AlUla DS Pieter Weening said at the start of the day. "However, it will be an aggressive race, where we have to be sharp from the start."
