Sporza on the scene report Louis Meintjes has abandoned the Tour de France. The early kilometers of stage 14 saw a huge crash taking down many riders, the South African rider has been forced to leave the race witha broken collarbone.
Antonio Pedrero has also been carried out of the scene in a stretcher due to the crash, several other riders were involved in the crash including Adrien Petit, Bryan Coquard and Jai Hindley, with the race being neutralized for an extensive period of time.
