First Mongolian pro Jambaljamts Sainbayar renews with Burgos BH after an impressive Olympic race

Jambaljamts Sainbayar will remain with Burgos-BH in 2025. The 27-year-old Mongolian cyclist joined the Spanish team at the beginning of the current season and says he is delighted to be able to continue another year with the Burgos squad.

He has given points to the Spanish team since the beginning of the campaign, finishing fifth in the Tour of Sharjah, 15th in Taiwan, 3rd in Bostonliq, winning the time trial at the Mongolian nationals and finishing fourth in the road race.

"I am very happy to continue my professional career with Burgos-BH. This year I have learned a lot from the team and I have given my best, I will be ready for 2025," commented the Asian.

Damien Garcia, the Burgos director, was delighted with the cyclist's renewal: "We are happy with Jambaljamts' renewal. This year has been a bit of an adaptation for him, in a new team, a new culture and a new type of racing. He made his WorldTour debut and did well. We saw a lot of room for improvement in him and decided to bet on him for another year."
