Amstel was basically unwatchable as it was, but imagine for a second he wasn't their driving group 2.21-04-2026 04:37

The whole thing was unbeleivable. Alpecin and UAE looked like idoits, people shoud be fired on both teams. you have the best rider(s) in the world for this race and the only 1 in bunch smart enough to change a wheel =Tibor. Its not rocket science, put freaking quick release thru axle skewers on every bike in the team, put dropper post on every bike in the team for riders taller than tadej and MVP, have a plan, instead of just reconning pave sectors, call some random stops at race pace and make every rider do some wheel swaps, get someone on the team with basic strategy and planning skills to mitigate risk -- you know ahead of time team car has a 25+ percent chance of not being able to help in a timely fashion.....idoits14-04-2026 23:01

me neither, that was complete BS. on peacock they were saying the barrage was for the chasing group, and it was just bad timing, sorry that was BS also.12-03-2026 03:44

complete joke with the lead motorcycles on this TT, Jaun had the best driver for first 2 minutes maybe more at 10 bike lengths ahead.20-02-2026 21:07

Van Gils rode like wanted to get crashed or way too over confident that he was going to overtake Jan before getting pinched. It was obvious were Jan was going/had to go and MVG had the whole road to give an inch so he would have a chance to overtake on the right18-02-2026 01:09

I think he looses too much weight and that leads to his implosions, when he doesn't worry about it or can get it exactly were he wants, like 2024 tour, he is better17-02-2026 18:03

really really difficult to rule on, but my first thought watching the race is moves like that while possibly “legal” because he was pedaling, need to get a multi day suspension, as it was a direct effort to become an dangerous obstacle.15-02-2026 18:26

it was garbage, we know how bike racing works but you have to have some self respect and some point. the DS should have tried to save him and have him tell the interviewer the car told me to do it….07-02-2026 01:44
