Egan Bernal and Carlos Rodríguez hunt for results against Jonas Vingegaard at Gran Camino

INEOS Grenadiers are taking heavy hitters towards Gran Camino. Egan Bernal starts his European season, and the lineup can count on the likes of Joshua Tarling and Carlos Rodríguez to also hunt results.

Tarling will in fact be a great contender to win the opening time-trial in Coruña, although he will have to face Jonas Vingegaard as competition. His teammates Carlos Rodríguez and Egan Bernal will then have to do the same in the mountains. The latter was fifth at the recent Tour Colombia and also comes with the expectations of being competitive at a high-level field in Europe.

The team comes with an incredibly strong setup. Ethan Hayter should be a favourite for the hilly days if a sprint comes to be. Michal Kwiatkowski and Omar Fraile also have that capacity but will likely instead provide firepower for support and also launch attacks if necessary; whilst the experienced Jonathan Castroviejo is the last card on the table to keep the team together.
