EF Education-EasyPost, EF Education-Tibco-SVB, and Rapha have collaborated on a limited edition
Tour de France and
Tour de France Femmes outfit design. Both men's and women's team will be using a new equipment for the Grand Tour, a tradition for the American team.
The new jerseys keep the men's and women's teams' signature pink while also including a huge feminine gender emblem, a circle with a cross below it, on the front. Two green cartoon dragons place their arms on the symbol's cross. The teams will be riding the special kit and bikes only for the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes.
“The dragon is a symbol of supernatural power, wisdom, strength, and hidden knowledge. It’s not gender-specific, but we felt it was a great way of encapsulating the spirit of the women who ride for EF Education-TIBCO-SVB,” said Brandon Camarda, Rapha’s head of marketing for North America.
