The 33rd edition of the Giro d'Italia Donne will begin on Thursday in Italy. Trek-Segafredo has announced its selections for the multi-day cycling race. World champion Elisa Balsamo will lead the team in the tour.
Trek-Segafredo has assembled a formidable squad for the tour. The team will strive to secure GC position with world champion Elisa Balsamo, while Lucinda Brand, who won the first edition of the Tour of Switzerland for women, has demonstrated her form and will do her best to capture stage victories while assisting the team.

Elisa Longo Borghini won the Women's Tour a few weeks ago, and the Italian has already finished second on the Giro podium in 2017 and third in GC in 2020. Amalie Dideriksen, Leah Thomas of the United States, and Lauretta Hanson of Australia round up the American team's squad.
