After the arrival of Primoz Roglic last week, BORA - hansgrohe have been busy once again in the transfer window, announcing the signing of Filip Maciejuk from Bahrain - Victorious.
"I am very excited to join BORA - hansgrohe next year," said the 24-year-old to his new employers official website. "I’d like to develop further in the classics and stage races. I know this will be possible in a team with such big names. I will support the leaders as much as possible and also take my chances when they come."
Maciejuk is probably best known as the rider who caused a mass crash earlier this year at the Tour of Flanders, however the Polish rider is very talented in his own right and a fresh start at BORA - hansgrohe could be the perfect opportunity to make a name for himself in all the right reasons.
"It will be easier for me to get started because I already know some of the Polish staff members," Maciejuk concludes. "And, of course, Cesare Benedetti."
